Sierra Garden provides educational and mentoring activities for at-risk youth in Sonoma County. Residents from Valley of the Moon Children’s Center gain skills while working alongside volunteers in the Sierra garden and kitchen. All proceeds from our sales go to college scholarships for under-served Sonoma County youth. Many of them are the first in their families to attend college. We do this through an organization called 10,000 Degrees. We are open to the public selling vegetable, herb, and flower seedlings in the spring and summer. We sell our harvested food crops and baked goods throughout the summer and early fall.
The 2019 farm stand season will open on Saturday April 27th. Stay tuned for more information.
